Recently I lamented about my back pain. Right now my back is around 80-85% functional. The pain that's still there is definitely manageable and it's mostly just a "tightness" feeling, rather than an all-out-I-could-barely-walk pain. I worked out yesterday and while I avoided any stomach exercises, I was able to do most of my normal routine.
I still need to see someone about this, though. I don't want to go through that again.
