Don't Screw The Customer

This is becoming a well-known conversation between a customer and Verizon. From what I understand, after the guy posted the voice conversation, he finally got the problem straightened out. I give the guy credit - he stayed very calm, even when he was dealing with complete idiocy. But this shows in this day and age: customer can strike back and make problems public.
