"The Mobius Strip"
I finished reading this book
a couple of days ago. It was an interesting read. Pickover
has a unique style to his writing - it's almost stream-of-consciousness but with a definite sense of order. This book gives you the history behind Mobius and his many works, the more famous of which is the Mobuis strip (a surface with only one side). You don't have to be a mathematical wizard to appreciate this book; Pickover doesn't delve too hard into formulas and when he does you can skip it if you like. I've always liked reading Pickover's books and this one was worth the time spent reading it.
