Capturing a Failure
I love this video. Why? Because it shows a demo that fails hard, and they kept it online. That's great. Of course, getting an XNA-based game on the Zune is not even CTP right now, so it's not supposed to be perfect. But I appreciate that they left the "oh-crap-this-crashed" moment in.
