Today I was doing more work evaluating Word document components. I’m pretty much done with my work - one of the vendors took themselves out after we found out that the couldn’t support two key features we need. What’s really funny is when I told them in an e-mail that their competitor handles one of the features, they said (and I quote):
Can you point me to the competitor?
Um … NO. The fact that you don’t have a grasp on how a competitor of yours is kicking your ass up and down the street is telling enough. Man, I’m amazed this company is still in business!
