This is a really cool tool written entirely in .NET. It’s pretty much MS Paint on steriods. It’s not as verbose as PaintShop, but it seems like a really nice poor-man’s alternative. It would be cool if it had a plug-in/extensibility model as one could add their own effects and transformations, but as it stands it’s worth playing with.
