Liz and I had planned on spending a day at Valley Fair today (sans kids), but the weather today is rainly and cool. We thought of going to the Water Park of America instead, but the whole point was to ride roller coasters, so we scrapped the plans and we’ll try next year. I’ve lived in Shakopee for over 6 years and I still haven’t been to Valley Fair … go figure …
