I saw this today, and, frankly, I don’t get it. Maybe I don’t understand what really happens when you become an MVP and all the juicy tidbits MS throws your way with the reward (along with the supersecret-behind-the-back handshakes you learn), but I wouldn’t get that worked up about it. I’ve never been an MVP and I doubt I ever will since I never post in newsgroups, but … well, such is life.
